Gig Review - Sutton Xmas Lights & Karbon Kinks Gig

A real double bill this week in terms of gigs. It was really good to be asked to be involved in this year's xmas lights turn-on in Sutton, Surrey. Those who were there will know that we got a real soaking though - the rain came down all night. Oh well, never mind, we had a good time and so did our good friend Andrew McCulloch who is currently depping on rhythm guitar at the moment for us. Andrew is an awesome guy and we had a great time on stage with him. It's nice to be a 4 piece again! Those who are lo0oking forward to our next Sutton gig it is in just a couple of weeks time.

The Xmas gig was on the Thursday. The very next day (that's Friday as far as I remember...) and it was off to Gillingham and The Beacon Court Tavern. The BCT is perhaps the last big venue that we've yet to play at (apart from the Command House which we're booked in to play later next year) so it was good to eventually do the gig. Unfortunately it was a little ruined again by the rubbish weather and the NIGHTMARE traffic on the A2 and M25. Oh well, these things happen...as it happened we had a great gig and the Karbon Kinks we pretty good as well. THe lead singer looked pretty much like Ray Davies' doppel ganger - check 'em out some time.

Will leave you with the news that Run & Hide (our second album) will be available to buy NEXT WEEK!!!
