The Fore On US Radio - An Hour Special!!!

We were honored when Artist First Radio accepted us to be the subject of a full hours radio show! Artist First Radio seek to promote new artists throughout the world via their internet site. We will be the subject of the USA based station on April 11 at 5pm GMT. The station will be playing tracks from 'Run and Hide' interspersed with an interview with ourselves talking about the writing and recording of our second album. Pretty cool eh!!
This is a fantastic opportunity for the band to be heard all over the world! ..... But we need you to tune in, bump up those 'hit's' and make The Fore one of the highest listened shows they have ever had, tune in, listen and if you can post your comments to the show....

We can't wait, tune your internet web thingy whatsit to http://wms.artistfirst.fastserv.com/artistfirst on Saturday April 11 at 5pm GMT...- we'll write a reminder blog closer to the time :)

Sutton Town Centre This Weekend (Saturday 28 March)

We return to Sutton this weekend, but it's Sutton with a difference...cos Saturday sees the return of drummer Nathan to the town. Last time Nathan played in Sutton town centre he was on rhythm guitar and we were playing courtesy of RockStock Promotions on the Millennium Stage off the main strip. How times have changed!!

Please come and see us down by the main entrance of the St Nicholas Centre, from noon onwards

Introducing...Nathan (again!)

Hi everyone, it's just occurred to me that we've got an importnat gig coming up this weekend and I haven't announced the BIG news...

Simon has decided to take a back seat in the band for a while. Whilst he is not leaving the band we wish him well and will see him soon. In the meantime I'm pleased to announce the return of Nathan Persad to the band. No, this is not a dream sequence from an american soap - Nathan really is returning. Those Fore fans who will remember Nathan in the band before will know that Nathan used to play guitar in the band - well now he's back...but as our drummer! Confused? Well, you needn't be - just come down to Bromley High Street this Sunday (12-3pm) and see that all is well and the Foresound remains intact :)

It's great to have Nathan back in the band - he's a great laugh and an even better musican. Hopefully we'll see a few of you down in Bromley this weekend to see the grand unveiling of Mr P!!!

Gig This Weekend - Sutton Town Centre

We return to Sutton after a month's break, this coming Sunday. Usual time (12 noon-3pm) and usual place (opposite St Nicholas Shopping Centre main entrance).

Also, we've just found out that our "Love For Sale" video was played on Radio Caroline TV last month (www.radiocarolinetv.co.uk). So if yuo've just joined the blog having seen us on Radio Caroline then 'hello' and welcome to the madness :)

Sutton Guardian Article

Sadly we didn't make it through the opening heats of 'Live & Unsigned', down in Brighton. Matt had terrible trouble with the house guitar amp that he was using (the previous band was obviously a metal-y type band and the 'sound guy' didn't set Mat up anywhere near loud enough) and Andrew couldn't get down to Brighton. Never mind, you win some, you lose some...

On a better note, The Sutton Guardian caught up with me last week to talk about the Run & Hide and our plans for this year. Sadly, much of the 45 minute conversation was cut, but check out page 82 for the published version.
